Re:Wire

Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 2, 2026

1. What Re:Wire is

Re:Wire is a read-only discipline app for futures traders, made by Livewire Trades LLC. It reads the trading accounts you connect, compares your activity with rules you set, and alerts you when one breaks. It keeps receipts and replays of past trades and grades your behavior each week.

2. Read-only, always

Re:Wire never places, modifies, cancels or liquidates orders, never changes your risk settings and never moves funds. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours.

3. Not financial advice

Re:Wire reflects your own rules back to you. Nothing in Re:Wire is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

4. No guarantees about timing

Callouts depend on your trading platform, your connection and your device. They can arrive late or not at all, for example during a platform outage. Re:Wire is not a risk-management system and must not be relied on to protect an account.

5. Your account

6. Plans and billing

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Re:Wire: no attempts to access other people’s data, to break or overload the service, to reverse engineer it, or to use it against the law or a trading platform’s or firm’s rules.

8. Third parties

Re:Wire connects to trading platforms you choose, under their own terms. Re:Wire is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any trading platform, broker or prop firm. Firm and platform names are used only to identify the accounts you connect.

9. Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Re:Wire is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Livewire Trades LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed or late callouts, or indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Re:Wire in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
